Ordering Information
Please take note that if you place an order that includes in stock items along with items currently on backorder or in Pre Order status, your complete order will ship out at altogether. If this will be a problem and you would like your in stock items sooner, please place two separate orders to ensure timely delivery of your items.
If you would like to cancel your order you must do so in writing via our email at info@feather-d.com and include your order number. We ship within 1-3 business days most often. No cancellations may be made once an order goes into production or to our fulfillment department for shipment. If your order has already been fulfilled and has not shipped out and we are able to retrieve it from the postal service we will cancel your order as a courtesy with a 25% restocking fee due to the time and materials that go into packaging up and shipping out orders promptly. This policy includes special order requests for items we don't currently have in stock but order specifically for you as a courtesy. This also includes any website orders placed. If you change your mind and your order qualifies as a return you are welcome to return it. Please review our return policy for complete information on qualifications for returns.

All special sale pricing, discounts, clearance items, and/or door busters can not be used in conjunction with discount codes. Your order is subject to cancellation if it is used anyway. You can then re order your items without the use of discount codes but may miss the discounted time frame and will not be backdated. They may also sell out once put back into our system to someone else. Offers/Special Deals/Discounts are not eligible on previous purchases. We are not able to refund or give credit for codes not input at the time of order. All custom and personalized orders are final sale.
